I would do it, but with coconut oil not olive oil. I can hardly stand the taste of olive oil and to think of putting it in my mouth for 20 minutes! Yuck!
The only thing about coconut oil, though, is that it's so expensive... and then I just spit it out?!... seems like a waste.
OH! I was just going to use olive oil ... but if it tastes bad ...hmmm...I don't know. I guess I should check out the coconut oil. If I buy it and like it, you'll have to give it a try with my leftovers...the leftovers in the jar, not what I spit out, mind you! :) GRIN :)
Oh! You made me smile and I cracked my egg yolk face mask! (another remedy I found to combat dryness) Shucks... now I'm trying to laugh without smiling... (:l)
Yeah, thanks... I'm not to inclined to have what you spit out!
I do have some coconut oil, though, that I use to make sesame seed balls and I will take an occasional scoop from just to eat. Sometimes I put it in my smoothies and sometimes I use it as a healing agent on the skin for myself or the boys... it really is wonderful stuff.
Mostly all from the internet... don't know what I'd do without google. You should see some of the search words I enter! Any thought I have can be looked up... It's great!
The coconut oil and sesame seed balls I learned from Serene's cook book. But there's so much on the net about the benefits of both... check them out sometime if you're curious.
Right... Now. What! Very interesting!
